Competence center for Geometry and Visualization

In past years the Belgrade group within the Project Multimedia Technology for Mathematics and Computer Science Education has achieved some recognizable result and become Competence center for Geometry and Visualization. The Centre develops various topics including: differential geometry, geometrical visualization, dynamic geometry tools, theorem proving, graph theory,  electronics textbooks, scientific computing...

We communicate results from these areas at our weekly Seminar Geometry, Education and Visualization with Applications at the Mathematical Institute of SANU.

The coordinators of the Centre are dr Predrag Janicic (software) and dr Srdjan Vukmirovic (courses). More details about the Centre one can find in these documents:

We plan to organize special courses in previously mentioned topics. First of them is Spring school in Geometry and Visualization, Belgrade, April 19-25. Institutions, individual researchers and students interested in organizing joint courses, developing software, research or cooperation in general should contact the coordinators.
